Our location is ideal since we are approximately 100 km from Melbourne at the junction of the Goulburn Valley Highway and the Melba Highway in Central Victoria. Nestled in idyllic dairy country, Yea Riverside Caravan Park is not far from Mt. Buller for skiing and other area attractions such as gorge country, the Great Victorian Rail Trail including the historic Cheviot Rail Tunnel and many small towns that harken back to the days of gold mining and forestry. Fishing and water sports abound in the area as well as hiking and biking trails. With so many things to see and do, we are your go-to destination for camping and caravanning year-round.

Additionally, it is only a short walk into the quaint and historic town of Yea where you can take a step back in time, exploring the colonial past along the Heritage walk that features 27 sites of interest. Shopping and dining along High Street is always a treat, especially if you fancy Devonshire Tea, lunch or dinner on the horse drawn tram! Or, you can immerse yourself in the natural environment in the protected Yea Wetlands park where you might observe koalas, platypus and many other species including a living fossil – the coloured damselfly.

With our proximity to the Yea River and our on-site features such as a kid’s playground, well-appointed camp kitchen, gas BBQs and meeting room, you don’t even have to leave! Just relax and enjoy your surroundings from the comfort of your powered site – and you can even bring your pet!
